Nectarine Ginger Smoothie
Nectarines are one of my favorite fruits ever, so when they're in season in the summer, I have them as often as possible. Ginger is quite strong and I pretty much never add it to my smoothies-- except for this one, because it's that awesome of a combo. Try it and see!
2 frozen bananas
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 inch ginger
2 cups cold water (depending on how thick you like it)
dash vanilla powder
Throw in a high-speed blender and whiz until smooth!
