Raw Hot Macadamia Chocolate

A friend introduced me to this magical concoction on a cold morning in the San Fransisco Bay, and I instantly became hooked. It hits the spot, in so many rich luscious ways, and still leaves me feeling light and energized for the morning.
Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
water of 2 fresh coconuts
10-12 small gooey dates
6 macadamia nuts
3 Tbsp carob powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
METHOD
Gently warm the coconut water over low heat in a saucepan. Place the hot water along with the rest of the ingredients in to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in pretty mugs.
